Yeah you're at the smaller end for that size belt. So its a little tricky. Work on the glutes to go up a waist size or two. What A2 said is right, the molle should only be on the sides. If its in front then it will get in the way of walking. If that's not an option, and for you it might not be, then lift everything up a few inches and ride it a bit higher. See picrel for what I mean. If you can't get the first option, then wear it like #2.
