Lamia or dragon girl, I guess? One of the things I like in monster girl tsf is the way the eyes change, though that's more in visual media than written stuff. Beyond that, I enjoy the dichotomy of becoming a woman, but also becoming physically stronger.

Slime girls are a strong contender for second place. Comes with natural shapeshifting so the guy being transformed can still try to assume a male shape, but ultimately defaulting to female still. Bonus points for being a type of creature that doesn't even need holes to get fucked. With a possible side of fluid-dependency a la Succubus.

Hellcats or werewolves are also nice, but catgirls are just kitsune with less mysticism and charm, and a bit more light-hearted instinct.

And in the werewolf's case? I'm a sucker for gradual changes, so if the 'were' form would be a full monster girl, but the 'normal' form becomes more feminine over time, each 'were' transformation leaving the victim a little more female - possibly even adding on some werewolf traits to make the 'normal' form a wolf girl in the end? That'd be even better..
