>Thoughts on crossover-formers?
Some are better than others; I find the ones that you can kinda-sorta argue fit into the universes they're supposed to be from to be among the better ones (like Agent Knight literally just being K.I.T.T. with the next logical upgrade to his form, or Mando Bot here being a giant droid modeled after a Mandalorian rather than being literally Djinn Jardin).
On the note of the Mandalorian one, specifically, he's one of my favorites and is easily the best Star Wars crossover character they've ever done - he doesn't look too horribly disproportional in robot mode like past ones, the fact that he's got a visored helmet instead of an actual character's face makes it easier to buy that he's a robot and not some unholy abomination, and he's got a lot of nice little details that are callbacks to the show built into him. The one issue I have is that his Grogu Pod is a mandatory partsforming piece, as you can't transform him into robot mode without removing it and his vehicle mode is missing its entire back half if you put it aside entirely. It's still fun if you can find a little critter to put in it, though, and I like that his stand transforms a few ways as well, either holding up the Grogu Pod or by becoming a big shield with his Mudhorn emblem on it.
