the last time I got a skin I wanted from a hextech chest was a month ago. And then it was 1.5 months ago prior to that. The only other source of skins I wanted came from buying one battle pass with value-added content that I was not interested in. And I have less than 100 total skins so it's not like I'm rolling a lot of duplicates here, either. And here I am still playing this game.
