Clitoral orgasms are way better than male orgasms ever were, though it's about half due to HRT and half due to the SRS. Vaginal orgasms are even better, but they are harder to reach and very easy to accidentally ruin in my experience. I also can't experience vaginal orgasm with my partner, only with a well above average dildo desu. Nothing beats how good it feels to orgasm when he's inside of me though.
