Again, not my problem. I don't speak for either anon, I just speak for myself. And I just know that I'm not interested in female space marines, either as a concept or as an expansion upon the general space marine concept. Frankly, if anything, I think adding women to the mix just makes the idea of what Space Marines are worse, since the imperium is already making essentially children into inhuman soldiers clad in giant metal coffins forced to drape themselves in concepts like honor, fraternity and purity to mentally cope with what they've become. And people want to subject MORE of that to humanity? To ensure that this unique dehumanization is spread out entirely among the populace, not just in the few who are selected to endure it as it is?

You're still fundamentally human and considered a person by your fellow man, even if the Imperium as a whole counts you as a statistic. You're not a giant cybernetic meat homonculus who wasn't outright brainwashed into loving a long-dead father figure.
