Well you know, try expressing your opinions, crack some jokes, respond to people's opinions on things. I'm pretty passive and all and all just doing little gestures like this has endeared me to people enough even though I feel like a wallflower still at times. Its a hard thing to shake but if you put a foot forth and try eventually you will get reciprocation. Having low self esteem is rough even when you get friends, you just gotta remember patience with yourself and others. That's a big key thing, learning patience.
