I'm the one that made the room and I don't have anyone blocked. Can you screenshot the error code? If it's timing out when you try to join, it's unfortunately a problem on capcom's end. Same thing happened to me a few times last year and there was like a 2 week period where I couldn't really join rooms.

Also room is 2/16.
