I've never accepted it. No matter how much they beat these games into the ground or how tantalizing the girls in gacha games are, I will never support that industry. It is my personal line in the sand. Unfortunately, you're right that many just seem to have accepted the decline of Japan and thrown themselves into the arms of the gooks and chinks. Even people that used to be strong supporters of these games have started picking up gacha out of frustration with how neutered Japanese games have become. Just look at Varishangout or some Xitter circles. I'll never stop bringing up how people on Varishangout confused Ancie's lap pillow scene from Card-en-Ciel as being from Snowbreak. It was an eye opener as to how they view Japanese games now. It's why I'm half-hoping that some major censorship event on par with the Sonypocalypse will hit the gacha industry and force them to wake up and realize they should have fought with us rather than retreat to shitty chink skinner boxes. I was hoping Blue Archive on Steam would be that moment, but Valve folded to Nexon's influence.
