v.2 of my Cutter-Cloud deck

It's working even better than it did initially. All games played on standard Mythic in B01, as I've not even looked into sideboard. For some reason I'm beating Jeskai Cutter decks. Pretty good against mono black as well. It should be bad against Omniscience, but I'm not getting any Omniscience opponents since I raped this guy: >>95846349

Eatherspark went, it's just too expensive to cast. I need more one drop white or colourless cards for effective mana use. Mana base is in alpha state and untouched from before. Cloud is just Cutter draw card. But, it's very effective at that.
