I'd argue that pscavs are the most powerful they've ever been
They took a small nerf to the timer but they still spawn with free kits that are super valuable now and still get to loot the entire map for free
Meanwhile PMCs got kneecapped and have to pay 40k in meds only, +40k more if they die and need the post-raid healing
