I keep seeing this and I can't accept it. It was supposed to be a Plasma Quasar that shoots faster at the caveat of having less ammo and potentially exploding. Fuck off it's not a railgun, it's a highly explosive experimental plasma weapon. Plasma in this game is inherently explosive so "BIG PLASMA GUN" should have the best explosive damage.
