no, these are generally the best paying and hardest to get regular jobs. we barely have any of these as we are not exactly a financial powerhouse. im sure you can find a lot of these in frankfurt and there are tons of these in new york and london with much much higher pay than in continental europe

you dont get a faang job by going to career events lol. you get a job at a compatitiv company like a startup or a technical job at a large company and then transfer from there. i know a few people from hungary who work in faang usa and none of them went to oxbridge or eth

yeah these jobs are much much harder to get than regular software engineering jobs that is why going to eth to become a software engineer is overkill

no. if anything the grandes ecoles in france is closer
but it is not comparable. its much easier to get into eth zürich than into american ivy or similar schools.
