How many dates until you start to get your hopes up?

I got my hopes up after 3 dates. Each date ended with us fucking like rabbits for a few hours and then a good 1hr of cuddling and talking about life. She told me about her difficult childhood, said that she felt "happy" and "content" in these moments, and told me that I have a "calming energy". These words made me feel good, and I began to develop feelings for her.

Is that normal, or am I a simp?
