This is my list. I do not consider it to be optimized, it's just what I have. I just die if they have too much storm, but if they actually need to stick a board then I can normally boardwipe spam them. Sometimes I feel like I'm just throwing Twilight Dragons at the opponent until they finally run out of leggos.

This is my current ramp deck. I'm not going to claim that it's optimal. Try to mulligan/draw for your ramp spells in the early game. Use the board wipes and removal to avoid dying in the midgame. Try to super evolve Gary and swing face with Genesis dragon in the late game. In most cases you don't want to super evolve Burnite/Twilight, but sometimes you've gotta do what you've gotta do.

You can try to read up on generic TCG concepts like "Card advantage", "mana curve", and "Tempo". Some of those articles might be related to magic the gatherering, but some high level concepts are roughly the same in both games. In shadowverse, spending your evolution points is pretty important. Aggressive aggro decks might want to just spend their evo points in a vacuum to swing face a little bit harder, but in a lot of circumstances decks like to save their evo points as a way to answer and remove some threat that the opponent has played. In a vague general sense the first person who uses up all of his evo points first often is in a disadvantaged position and may lose.
