As Ramba's forces launch a lone campaign against the Federation's factories in China, Clamp successfully rallies with Doan on his island, finding his Zaku surrounded by multiple destroyed bombers and fighters. Convincing Doan that his continued presence on the island will only continue to invite Federation attacks, Clamp recruits Doan to serve alongside Ramba Ral, while providing necessary supplies for those under Doan's protection to remain hidden and in safety on the island until he can return.

Meanwhile, the Zanzibar Ramba had requested makes landing outside of Beijing, allowing for the Ral Unit to finally abandon the tattered cargo container it had been using as a land craft in favor of a proper vessel. Immediately charging into Beijing's defense zone, the Federation Commander of the region mobilizes the recently completed GM Strikers into battle.

While the Federations attack strategies are sloppy, they are able to cut down two Gouf's from their sheer numbers and the combat capabilities of the GM Striker series. Even so, the Zanzibar pushes straight for the facilities without delay...
