Probably just one Jesus since Santa seemed to be singular. Sora might know something about him but likely only cares about the Santa folklore and by extension Japan's KFC traditions. He didn't really respond to anything in La Cite des Cloches as if he practiced nor as if it was new to him for example. He could've converted them to hellenism since its demonstrably the true religion in KH but that would've upset the world order.
