I found a random indie game to uninstall just to test this, and it turns out you're wrong. Either that or your shit's all fucked up (not my problem).

What do you mean? When you uninstall a program, packages that aren't used anymore can be deleted with "sudo apt autoremove". It's not hard. It also doesn't remove dependencies that are still needed by other things. I don't see the problem unless your shit's all fucked up (not my problem).
