Replaying Destiny 1 with a brand new Hunter and after finishing the base campaign and the Dark Below i've received exactly Two (2) legendary items and Zero (0) exotics.

What the fuck is this? Why is this so stingy? Or do i just have to grind to level 40 before anything useful starts to drop?
