The fuck is wrong with this game? Or is it me?

Still don't know why I'm supposed to do, first started playing when second season of arcane came out, and I choose support since I read that is the easiest to learn.

Still stuck in iron, still playing support, and still don't know what I'm supposed to do? Anyone recommend videos or guides to get better?
