I was thinking about how this line is structured. It seems a two wave approach would cover a season, similar to how Bandai did things. We've got a basic figure assortment of 9 (Auto-Morphin Rangers, Rita, Goldar, and Putty Patroller), Dinozords, Morpher, Blade Blaster, and Cycles in wave 1. The non-transforming Rangers also seem to be part of wave 1, but with more collector friendly packaging for some reason.

Wave 2 we have the Dragon Dagger, Squatt, Baboo, and King Sphinx, along with other miscellaneous things like mini figures, plushies, and 8" Rangers. I imagine we would get the Dragonzord here, maybe Titanus. What's interesting is there are no clear choices for new heroic basic figures for wave 2. They will have already blown their wad with the non-transforming Rangers, so are Squatt, Baboo, and King Sphinx going to be the only new 5" figures in wave 2? That seems unlikely. Could they actually do fully civilian Rangers in wave 2? There aren't many options. For vehicles maybe we could get the Rad Bug here?
