HF makes the most sense. You can't go back to Fate and feel good about Shirou going on a date with Saber knowing that Sakura is being stabbed, raped and posioned by Zouken in the meantime. Shirou's supposed heroic speeches in UBW fall flat when he doesn't realize that Sakura is obviously suffering.
