You always have to take a support servant from another player, except in a few rare event / story fights. In general farming content you take a support. So this means you can take a friend's Castoria + your own Castoria. Castoria is hands down the strongest arts supporter in the game so doubling up on her buffs turns an arts servant with an AoE noble phantasm into a wave-clearing god. Because of the way Arts NPs work, you get some NP charge back in "refund" from doing damage with the NP, and with all those arts and NP gain buffs from 2x castoria on him Murmasa will refill most of his NP gauge just from using his NP, allowing him to easily fire off consecutive NPs and clear multiple waves in quick succession. This is what we refer to as "looping" and it's how experienced players clear higher level content.

Thats more than reasonable. I was sitting on almost 3k sq (before fragment conversion) before I blew it all on morgan. Two years later, this is my SQ count (once again before using it on summer morgan today) so 6k free sq is definitely doable.
