I have never had problem with NVIDIA. Last time I had anything AMD was their processor and it had trouble with running TF2.
But hey, sorry for not having correct card. See you in like 4-5 years when I'm maybe changing my 4080 to AMD card and I'll see if I have any reason to move to Linux. Maybe you don't have to gamble if games or programs work but as stuff I like is "bad", I doubt so.
