I’ve been a 2D female appreciator for pretty much my whole life (puppy love at 3-4 years old). I’ve never been the waifubrained guy, I’m into too many of them to obsess over one only. I’m like the car guy that appreciates a ton of cars, what makes them different, how they tick, what their fans are like, what they can and can’t do, etc. I have preferences, sure, but above all else I’m broadly into fictional women expressed through stylized illustration.
Anyway, over the years there have only been a few milestone 2D girls that have grabbed me on a truly deeper level than this general autistic fixation, characters that almost make me obsess about them alone in the way the waifu guys do. I honestly thought that I had seen my last one, it hasn’t happened again in about 12 years, but Ragatha really did grab me in a way I thought I might never be grabbed again. She’s something special, I haven’t felt this way in a long time.
