This would have been an incredible ending shot if she really did just die and that was it instead of already fighting Sephiroth after she died and having paragraphs of dialog. I think she's really supposed to be dead and isn't coming back in the regular sense, but it doesn't matter because she's just gonna be some life stream ghost that can talk to Cloud anyway while the party thinks he's some schizo.
