There are MANY optics with RMR footprints, it's the most common. There aren't many that aren't made in chiner though. This chart may help ,if it lacks a red country mark, it's almost certainly made in china or taiwan, though rarely in Japan. I should redo it to include Japan but it's hard to find that info sometimes

Anyway, don't use an adapter. You are adding height and additional screw interfaces that serve no purpose, the difference in cost of an optic will be less than an adapter and it will be more secure mounted directly. The best way to mount an optic is directly to the slide with no plate, where applicable. And to be clear I am talking about adapter plates that change one footprint to another, not factory plates which simply change which optic footprint can be mounted to a slide as these are different things. Most optic solutions use plates but the Dagger does not
