SU doesn't have a ton of actual power houses especially when you get to see what MLP was where over half the cast are fighters. SU only really has Bartelby and Sonic(+ Knuckles). Depending on if Tamers keeps those rules of the ToP in place, that means even Trevor and Cyrus are basically out since only one of them could just barely fight and the other needed a power suit and the tournament ironically doesn't allow outside items or weapons. Which ironically just benifits MLP since the weapon users: Trixie and Sunset, Produce their Scythe and guns via magic and both(at least Trixie's) are made of magic. The only thing that wouldn't be able to come is likely Tricky cannon depending on if you consider that a magical creation or not. Same with Bottle rocket barrage.
So this means SU is pretty much gonna come down to just being a 3 man team with either fodder or early DCs based on rule breaking. The same goes for MLP based on weather or not Trixie gets invited since she's not a true mortal, same with breabum and Soarin as of now.
