The only thing I really got super invested in with SU was the Sleet & Dingo stuff, and that one Sonia & Flora episode.
But I just prefer the Pony stuff more. Everything feels more coherent somehow and I'm always excited to see where the storylines go. The slice of life episodes are super fun too.

The absolute worst part of this entire situation is Tamers is not incapable of making good pony content. The episode that debuted Flawless was very good, it had jokes and the parts we were asked to take seriously weren't overdone at the time. Pinkie Pie's lemonade stand and everyone going bowling were full of jokes and comparable to Sonic Underground episodes (even if the bowling concept was borrowed from SU.) But instead this guy wants to focus on maintaining equity with a massive volume of ships, most of which aren't any good, and introduce truly horrible characters like Marionette. I could write an entire essay on why Marionette is bad and why her existence is like a septic pipe filling Tamers' fandom with the worst sort of nigger-brain human garbage alive. SU doesn't have a ton of actual power houses especially when you get to see what MLP was where over half the cast are fighters. SU only really has Bartelby and Sonic(+ Knuckles). Depending on if Tamers keeps those rules of the ToP in place, that means even Trevor and Cyrus are basically out since only one of them could just barely fight and the other needed a power suit and the tournament ironically doesn't allow outside items or weapons. Which ironically just benifits MLP since the weapon users: Trixie and Sunset, Produce their Scythe and guns via magic and both(at least Trixie's) are made of magic. The only thing that wouldn't be able to come is likely Tricky cannon depending on if you consider that a magical creation or not. Same with Bottle rocket barrage.
