I think about ponies at least once every ten minutes. I have kept this pace for over ten years. When I die, I do not hope for any regular conception of Heaven, but Equestria specifically. In fact, I'd be fine if we built a Robot Celestia to build a Digital Celestia.
There are tens and thousands of ponies on my computer - and that's me being picky and only downloading my absolute 'favourites'. Everything non-pony I do, I Incorporate pony into. I will draw ponies. I will make videogames about ponies. I will colour-code things according to ponies.
Ponies can be applied to anything and everything. The show, at least Season 1, is beautiful. The purity of the ideal it grasped at was, at least. I cherish ponies deeply. Many of us stopped caring about the bulk of the show at Season 2, so the show ending didn't have that big of an impact. When the content is gone, we will start generating the content ourselves, and nostalgia or plain old appreciation apparently never gets old.
A surprising amount of people are as obsessed with ponies as I am. Can you imagine if we didn't have a board, and we were allowed to roam free on the rest of the website? It doesn't even register as spamming when I send a huge amount of ponies in a short amount of time. I just adore ponies so much that it's unimaginable for me to send anything else. I'd have to scroll for quite a while in my downloads folder to find anything non-pony related. I enjoy ponies so much, I just can't help but subconsciously assume that it might as well be my Celestia-given duty to spread as many ponies as far as wide, as to spread that joy as far as possible; and maybe even convert a few people, too.
