Prison is a lot of boredom with shorts spikes of violence. I did 5 years for trafficking weed. One day is some blacks stole a fan from the unit for the old guys during a heat wave with no AC. I tried to take him back and I got beat to within an inch of my life by a group of them. I wouldn't snitch. They threw me in solitary confinement and when I blew my nose my eye popped out of its socket. I never got to see a doctor. I had contusions all over my body and head and a broken arm, not a bad fracture. A week after I was put down there the chaplain came and told me that my dad died. I had to spend another month in there by myself without any books or writing materials or anything to occupy my mind other than working out. I haven't been right in the head since. FBOP # 07082-090
