It was surreal. Can't overstate just how massive of an upset it was. It wasn't just "some Korean team winning again". They were a rag tag team of rejects plus Deft. The team was in shambles all year. Just qualifying for Worlds was a near miracle. In the regional gauntlet they barely squeezed by 3-2 against KT (who they were 1-4 in summer regular season against) and barely squeezed another 3-2 against Sandbox who 1-3d them a few weeks earlier in the playoffs. We will never see a team like that win again.
