Yeah, it's the best way, at least. You CAN run her physical, she has a 45 growth and a personal skill that adds 4 damage to her attacks, but it's just so much worse than blasting shit with magic. It takes surprisingly little mag to kill BR enemies and it's easy to stat stack in Fates.

Try using Kaze with a non-Rinkah pair-up in 5 and watch him die and do no damage. Both units are critical to an effective clear of this map.
