Check out who are the Japanese voices for BA characters. There are lots of A-List seiyuus on the cast.
Dubbing the main story AND having these actresses coming back regularly would be prohibitively expensive, and BA is not a gacha that tops the charts.
Korean gets a pass because Korean voices are cheap. Hell, you might even get an English dub, who knows? But Japanese? Forget it.
