Depends on how they want to handle it. Lot of good companies that died have let their talents keep their corpo IP's because they no longer have any use for them. Less good companies have made their talents buy their IP's to continue using them. And even less good companies just threw them out on their ass with nothing. What route they take would depend on why they died
