I finally got the god-combo lunge and necksnack, allowing me to instakill all humanoids from two tiles away (they can only see me for one tiles)
or so I thought. Apparently, armor can block it, and now I have a bit of a problem. This is still the same floor, so I have to start the next one with using my healing again at the start
