not what the bill forces, it forces them to provide players with self hosted or DRM free games if they dont wanna keep the server up themselves

this bill is about more than online server games. its essentially stopping companies who force their games to have DRM from disappearing games forever after they decide to ditch the game (think ubisoft, EA, etc)

Ubisoft has a fuckin website up where they list a couple dozen games that they SAY they will 'decommission' in a few years and they WONT provide a way to continue playing it, they are blatantly saying they own and will take away the game that you paid for

there is NO REASON not to vote for this shit, this is gonna reverse the evil bs these game corpos do to gouge us for money and return autonomy to players, return actual game ownership to players and all it fuckin requires is you to click a link
