There were seven (7) MCU movies released before MoS came out. That's MULTIPLE trilogies + worth of movies. The mcu was in full swing by the time MoS came out. People wanted DC to be Marvel 2.0 Quipfest Reloaded Electric Bugaloo and couldn't understand why Zack wasn't doing it. Now over a decade later DC is actually IS marvel 2.0 Quipfest Reloaded Electric Bugaloo and the formula is tired AF.
It would have been so much cooler and badass if they had stuck with the original vision laid out in MoS. I could truly care less about whatever happens in this new cgi rubber cartoon universe Gunn has laid out. There's no weight to anything and nothing matters. Its literally streaming tier where they throw gobs of money at it for a bunch of barely mid special fx in the hopes that it will keep you subscribed.
