Butcher Ghoul + Yawg is an "infinite" combo in and of itself; good luck explaining this to new players. My brother was in this situation, so I explained it. Nope, if you google it all the early results explain it incorrectly and people were using that as a reference. So I said "oh, just google what happens when you stifle a fetchland. The cost resolves before the ability is on the stack." Nope. Google says the fetchland doesnt die and only stops you from getting a new land. So i tried finding a similar ruling that shows how it works, stifling aetherflux. When you google it, it only talks about the expotential lifegain trigger. Then after massaging it, I was finally able to get a ruling that showed what I explained and he then had to relay to his group, but tards are still arguing about this.
