I don't have any personally, but I don't hold any negative view of them. Gang and crime-related tattoos are very easy to discern, so I don't feel any kind of danger because I see someone with a tattoo either. Sure, a poorly executed tramp stamp or regrettable tattoo about an ex can provide a lot of insight into someone but tattoos aren't a sign of poor character.
Something that is a sign of poor character is unironically using phrases like "cattle filter" while almost certainly being a low-tier dredge of society with little contribution or value to give.
