Force Ryukishi7 or whatever his name is to tie it explicitly to Umineko and feature characters from that game into it, even if their inclusion doesn't make sense. Make Beato the new antagonist that shows up 75% of the way through the game and have the tone of the game change to be more like early Umineko, but the final boss still involves the protagonist beating Beato with the same combat system we've seen so far.
Include a sequence only accessible via a sequence of obscure actions that features Beato and Shannon kissing as they both inflate to the size of a zeppelin and then explode.
