I used to be a freelance translator for their eShop and PSN store metadata for my country's language.
I eventually got replaced by machine translations because they couldn't keep paying for translations for all the required european languages on the eShop and PSN store.
But I knew a bunch of NISA employees personally back when the forum was still alive, a lot of them were good people.
