Something like this is relatively standard and takes all of the crutch nodes. You can skip thy wrath be swift if you don't want to handicap yourself by learning to rely on it too much.
You could crutch even more with a health build using chorus + martyr's purpose, but it's good practice getting used to FotF first. You could also pick up the master's retribution (bottom left) for another crutch, since it can knock hounds off you.
Knives are very good, so I suggest practicing with them. Lets you animation cancel the bolter swap animation, so feel free to run bolter with it for sniping purposes. Otherwise, revolver or bolt pistol are both very strong.
Relic blade is basically the premier horde clearing option. Wrath blessing is a given, second one is personal preference. I like being able to horde clear without charging it, so I use rampage.
