Not at all. The core concept of an effect continuously applying in Deck that enables the card to not only be treated as any card when specifically searching for specifically a monster but to substitute that search effect with a Pendulum Zone placement alongside a permanent name change for the original specific name you were searching prior, is just not even remotely close to any effect that has ever been done before even conceptually.
I appreciate the concept, but the current rules engine just does not support this as a concept.
