neither really. I liked Shion, both the one in first arc and when her personality broke down in true end. Haru was a piece of shit, so I guess if I had to choose it'd be Hime, but I didn't really understand her character and the arc so that bothers me - like why did she kill Haru in the real world or what was the point of the scene where Masuko and Shion get raped and the headless Hime saves them with the scissors
