My personal vision for mob rule had 2 parts.

At base mob rule would mean orks only run from shooting when they hit 50% casualties instead of the normal 25%, the presence of boyz around them convinces them that incoming fire can't be that dangerous if there are still so many of them left.

In addition, Orks can use an appropriate Command units LD instead of their own when testing so long as that command unit is in range and line of sight. This means orks rally around their leaders even when they're not directly in the unit.

Not all ork leaders could do this, just orks with an appropriate special rule called, idk "mob boss"

Warlords and Warbosses all get "Mob boss" as do Boss Nobz, different ranges tho.

Boss nobz would have mob boss (6"), Warbosses and big mekz have mob boss (9") and Warlords boss Mob boss (12"). they can all buy a boss pole which adds 6" to the range of this Aura but it takes up the same slot as a Kustom force field, Tellyporta or other kinds of useful Wargear.

And of course they have different LD values, Boss Nobz and Big mechs have LD8, Warbosses are LD9 and the Warlord high command choice is LD10.
