Yeah he was totally dogshit after 2014. What did him in was all the innings, not some random plane ride. Pretty much 6 straight years of 200+ innings. And even if he wasn't taking the mound every 5 days after he was still a really good pitcher well into his 30's. Its a pretty good run for a guy with that workload. You look around other pitcher careers and outside a limited few after that many 200 inning seasons they always fall off after that. Look at how fast guys like Lincecum, Bumgardner or Cain fell off. Or Felix Hernandez under a similar workload.
