Im convinced humans weren't meant to know our weights. There has never been a time where stepping on the scale to know your weight was a good thing. The number is never what you want it to be and it does nothing but cause unnecessary dread and anxiety. Unironically the fat chicks were right. Break the scale with a hammer. Dont weight yourself.
