How will GW handle the players who want to field firstborn MK7 marines in 40k games?

Are the Space Wolves having what looks like different Mks of armor mixed with primaris armor a sign of GW winding up for such changes by showing some chapters (I know SW are a legion) needing to jury rig armor together?
