No, they just won't have enough kids with other blonde types, and since Blonde is a recessive gene. Even if they don't intermingle with other races. (Which is becoming more and more common now.) The Blonde recessive gene will eventually fade out in favor of brown or black.

I'm blonde but will never marry, and know most others are just like me.
